Enantioselective functionalization of the different positions of the indole nucleus by bifunctional catalysis.

Abstract

The indole nucleus constitutes a privileged platform present in a wide variety of natural products and drugs. In this article we review the contributions of our research group in relation to the enantioselective functionalization of the different positions of the indole nucleus by metal catalysis and organocatalysis.
